We worked with Rosy Barrera....Omg, I can not say enough great things about her. She was very responsive to all our questions along the way ,going above and beyond. She really made the selling process as smooth as possible. We started with an email then an appointment with her, we were trying to find out if we were financially ready to sell our current older home of 11 years and and buy a new build home. She took time to ask us questions and was very up front about the reality of what we would be needing to do to get our home ready as well as setting us up with her financial guy to run numbers.
