I had a wonderful experience working with Tina from the Brandi Furlan Group. Throughout my home search she was incredibly responsive, patient, and upbeat, and she was always quick to schedule showings so we could see properties without delay. She took the time to show me a wide range of options and made the process feel organized and manageable from the very beginning. One of the things I appreciated most was how she guided me through pricing and value. She consistently shared fair, realistic comps and helped me understand what homes were actually worth, which made it much easier to make confident decisions in a market I was not familiar with. The entire transaction ended up being remarkably smooth and far less stressful than I expected. Tina was organized, communicative, and clearly very experienced, and she’s also simply a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Brandi was great to work with. She was so flexible on meetings and was super fast at scheduling home visits. she really listened to what we were looking for and was quick at providing feedback on all of our follow-up questions. She was great answering so many questions that a first time home buyer has.

Brandi and her team at the Furlan group are technically skilled efficient and friendly; qualities that are hard to find together in one team. Going beyond the technical is what sets them apart. Working directly with Brandi, my wife and I felt we were her only clients, even though we knew she was busy with others. From the first meeting she had a handle on our needs and was always accessible, even on Sunday nights. Eventually we felt as though Brandi was family, working hard for family. She could view our home seeking challenges from many points of view and opened our eyes to new ideas and approach's. When we found the perfect Florida condo, Brandi and her team truly made it happen. As a friend, we already knew her integrity and dedication, but experiencing it firsthand as a client was next-level. From the showing to inspection, offer, and ultimately settlement, she and her team went above and beyond to make every step seamless, stress-free, and even enjoyable.

If I could give 10 stars I would ! Brandi is fantastic , knowledgeable , personable and just a darn good person. She treated us like we were million dollar home buyers and anyone who could ask for someone better is just well you know the rest ! My wife was soooooo happy she's sending her Key Lime Cookies , so you know who I am Brandi . If you want the best I strongly suggest Brandi and her group ....and a shout out to Andrew who showed us our home when Brandi was not available . Go with The Furlan Group , you will not go wrong !
