Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Primpted ("we", "us") provides housing-market intelligence, including the Sold Score, market reports, and connections with licensed real estate professionals. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a Sold Score report, subscribe to alerts, or contact us, we collect the details you enter: name, email address, phone number, and the property address or ZIP code you ask about.
Automatic information. Like most websites, we collect technical details when you visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location — through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- Generate and deliver your Sold Score report and market updates you request.
- Connect you with a local real estate professional when you ask.
- Send email or text updates you have opted into (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- Improve our data, scoring models, and website.
- Measure and improve our advertising.
Advertising and Meta (Facebook)
We use Meta's advertising tools (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) to measure how our ads perform and to reach people who may be interested in our reports. When you submit a form on our site, details you provide — such as your email address, phone number, name, and ZIP code — may be shared with Meta in hashed (scrambled) form, along with technical identifiers like your IP address and browser cookies, so Meta can match the visit to an ad interaction.
Meta processes this data under its own terms. You can control how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook ad preferences, and many browsers let you block cookies or use tracking protection.
Who we share it with
- Real estate professionals. If you request to be connected with an agent, we share your contact details and property information with that professional so they can follow up.
- Service providers. Vendors that help us operate — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and advertising measurement (including Meta) — process data on our behalf.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link in the message.
- Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
- Contact us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
