The sale contingency caused various delays which required Casey to communicate a lot with the home seller we were intending to purchase. The sale of our existing home was dealt with during the slowest time of the year. Despite numerous snow and ice storms Casey was able to navigate through showings which amounted to occuring approx once every other day over the course of 3 months.
