During the period the house was being shown, if I was out of town, she was there to turn lights off or on, close blinds, check mail & put trash cans out on collection days. Who does that?! Additionally, her colleagues stepped up when she had other obligations or scheduling conflicts & showed up for open houses & inspections. The administrative aspects of the transaction were efficient, easy & seamless. They even arranged for a notary public to come to me for the contract signing. All in all, Laura Mae & the entire Monday Team were fantastic & I highly recommend them!”
